Cosmetics Store Breakthrough: Analyzing Consumer Engagement at Scale

Happy to have just successfully concluded one of the most extensive in-store studies ever conducted in the consumer engagement sector, carried out in a prestigious cosmetics store. This extraordinary project allowed us to carefully examine the behavior, preferences, and reactions of tens of thousands of consumers within a wide sales area.

Below, we present some data highlighting the scope of the project:

  • Installed 38 sensors to track all peripheral shelves and internal islands.
  • The study area covered an extension of 150 square meters.
  • Monitored over 50 linear meters of shelves, displays, and cosmetic products.
  • We profiled, tracked the path, dwell time, and attention of consumers.

The study provided the client with valuable data and in-depth insights regarding consumer behavior in a context specifically oriented toward cosmetics. Thanks to this information, it is possible to offer personalized solutions and effective strategies to improve consumer engagement and increase sales.
